Kariba’s Restaurant (Est. 2002) is one of Ballinasloe’s most popular restaurants. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our customers at all times.
We are seeking a Dynamic, Hard-Working Senior Chef with a minimum of 3 years experience in a fast paced food and beverage environment, with a proven track record.
You must possess excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
You must be able to self-manage and self-motivate.
We expect you to achieve the highest standards at all times with excellent attention to detail and a passion for food.
You must have HACCP, stock control, menu planning & food cost control experience.
Baking and Event Catering Experience is a distinct advantage.
